Comprehensive 12-Point Tenant Screening

Selecting the right person for your property is not by chance.  With over a 1000 tenant inquires every year we know what we are doing and make sure we comply with all the strict Fair Housing and Discrimination Laws, as well as Florida Health Codes to keep you, the Owner, out of lawsuits and litigation.

A score is applied to each of the 12 points to allow us to determine if an applicant is qualified.  This is rigorous and discerning, but objectively allows us to find the most vetted tenant.

  3. Credit summary/score of around 600 or above
  4. Number of current delinquencies/number of days late
  5. Number of past delinquencies
  6. Number in collection
  7. Public record inquiry
