Complete an online rental application through GPM. This application includes a background check, credit check and is subject to a $75 non-refundable fee.
3. Income Verification
After completing and paying your $75 application fee we will reach out and ask you for income verification. We are flexible with the type of income documentation so long as you can prove the last 3 months income. All sources of income MUST be verifiable. Self-employed applicants may be required to provide 2 years of tax returns or 1099’s.
4. Approval & Deposit
Once your application is approved, you will need to pay your deposit to secure your rental. We have rental applications coming in almost daily and we urge you to make your move as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
5. Utilities & Preparation
Once you have secured your property and paid your deposit & first months rent, we then open the utilities in your name and prepare the property for your arrival. This process takes up to 2 business days.
6. Keys & Move In
We'll give you a call after the 2 day preparation period to let you know everything is in order. You can then collect your keys from us and enjoy your new home!
