Make sure areas are clean & in good repair.
There must be no debris or trash in any of these areas. Breakages, damages, spills, and stains must be repaired to new condition.

Make sure you have cleaned these areas to near-new condition. They should be as clean, or cleaner than when you moved in.
Study (If Applicaple)
Be sure to wipe down all baseboards, thoroughly clean walls, vacuum & clean floors, and empty all closets. Wipe down the fan if applicable.
Be sure to scrub the toilet, shower, tub, and sink.

Garage / Shed
Thoroughly clean walls, sweep, and vacuum.
If there is a storage space, garage, or shed on the property to which you have access, make sure all trash, debris, and items are completely removed from the area.

Go through each item below and check when you are sure that they are clean, and in working order.

All doors shut properly
No dust / cobwebs on fans & lights
Air vents are clean
Oven is clean inside and out

All other major appliances are clean inside & out
All lights are working
I have replaced any broken lightbulbs
The yard is neat and clear of debris
No oil stains on driveway / garage floor
